HI! I’m Tracie Marie, and I’m the proud Founder & CEO of Hire Incentive, LLC (HI). For over twenty-five years, I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple industries, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. My journey has included establishing and scaling departments from the ground up, harnessing cutting-edge technologies to drive operational excellence and business growth, and providing strategic solutions as a trusted partner.
I thrive in collaborating closely with visionary leaders to meet strategic goals and nurture organizational development. Beyond my professional life, I’m also an author of a self-published children’s book (with many more in the works) through my company Candy from the Sky, LLC (www.candyfromthesky.com). I am also an author to numerous professional blogs. I love engaging with audiences as a public speaker, sharing insights and stories that inspire and inform.
